An event held on "Labor protection and safety"

On August 18, event on "Labor protection and safety" was held at the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency "Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company.

Seymur Seyidov, the deputy chairman of "Azersu" OJSC, noted that issues related to labor protection and safety are always kept in mind and informed about the measures implemented in this field. It was noted that on the basis of the approved annual schedule, events, monitoring and meetings are held in the relevant direction with the participation of employees. The purpose of holding such meetings is to help create working conditions in workplaces that meet the health and safety of employees. In order to ensure maximum safety of workers, structural units are provided with individual and collective protective equipment as needed.

Kamil Huseynov, head of the Department of Labor Protection and Safety Equipment of "Azersu" OJSC, said that guidelines have been prepared for specific areas of work related to labor safety and health management. The necessity of using these instructions in each workplace and preventing risks to the health and life of employees was brought to attention.

Information about the shifts and health protection measures of employees due to the hot weather observed in recent days were delivered within the event.
