In connection with the updating and improvement of the database of the Customer information system of "Azersu" OJSC, the transition to the new system will be carried out for 24 hours from 23:30 on June 17, 2023. In this regard, the activity of the following systems related to the customer information system will be temporarily suspended while the process continues.

  • APUS payment systems
  • Asanpay Payment system
  • Account payment systems that accept requests from all operators
  • Smart card payment systems
  • Electronic services
  • Smart apps
  • GIS programs working in integration with CIS
  • Data reporting programs (Dashboards)
  • IVR debt study service
  • Mobile readings
  • All modules of CIS
  • CIS registration capabilities of the call center
  • Other internal programs

Due to preventive measures, it will not be possible to load smart cards and pay debts due to the use of water and sewage services during the mentioned period. Taking these into account, subscribers should take precautionary measures and, if necessary, increase their balances during the day. Debt study and payment, electronic services, etc. will be available to operate after the preventive works are completed. During the mentioned period, there will be certain restrictions on the activity of the 955 Call Center.
