Meeting with representatives of a number of French MEDEF member companies

A meeting with the delegation of representatives of a number of companies that are members of the French Organization of Entrepreneurs - MEDEF International was held at “Azersu” OJSC.

Welcoming the guests, Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC Etibar Mammadov delivered the information about the drinking and wastewater projects implemented in Azerbaijan, drew to attention that the experience of the world's leading companies is used in this field. Noting that France has extensive experience in the water supply and sewerage sector, the deputy chairman recalled that the French government and companies participate in drinking water and sanitation projects in Azerbaijan.

Representatives of French companies delivered the information about the organizations they represent and spoke about the prospects of cooperation with “Azersu” OJSC. It was noted that relations between the two countries are developing in all areas. French companies closely involved in infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan are also interested in projects to be implemented in the drinking water and sewerage sector in Azerbaijan.

The meetings held with the heads of a number of MEDEF companies at “Azersu” OJSC were recalled and the importance of exchanging experience with French companies in this field was stressed, taking into account the special attention paid to the application of new technologies in the implemented projects.

The sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
