The “Sukanal” Scientific- Research and Design Institute of “Azersu” OJSC announces admission to Doctoral Studies for 2022. Admission will be held in accordance with the admission plan for nominee doctors’ training, 2022 of higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 5, 2022, No. 140s.
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan are admitted to the doctoral program under the Doctor of Philosophy program (specialists with higher education, graduates of the master's level of higher education or equivalent education) on a competitive basis.
