Joint information of “Azersu” OJSC and Azerbaijan State Agency of Roads

To ensure the comfortable movement of citizens, the Azerbaijan State Agency of Roads is implementing complex measures in the Narimanov district of Baku.

Within the framework of these measures, repair work has been started on Ibrahimpasha Dadashov Street in accordance with the "Investment Program". The repair work is being carried out in the 650-meter section of the street between Ziya Bunyadov Avenue and Mammad Araz Street. As part of the repair work, the old asphalt-concrete pavement along the street is being removed by milling, and sidewalks are being restored.

In addition, “Azersu” OJSC is conducting excavations in the area of Ibrahimpasha Dadashov Street on the basis of an official request and in an agreed manner, as water and sewage lines have reached the end of their service life. Renovation of communication lines will insure against premature damage to the asphalt pavement on the street in the future.

Unfortunately, an untrue video was taken by a citizen about the work carried out on that street and shared on social networks. In the video, the person misinforms the public, claiming that excavations are being carried out on one side and asphalt paving on the other.

As the Azerbaijan State Agency of Roads and “Azersu” OJSC, we once again ask the media and users of social media platforms not to support unidentified individuals whose intentions are to confuse the public by sharing such unverified and distorted information.
