A person who introduced himself as an “Azersu” OJSC employee was exposed in Sabail district

A person who deceived citizens by presenting himself as an employee of “Azersu” OJSC appeared in Sabail district of Baku. A person in “Azersu’s” uniform, who was not identified yet, told the owner that the water meter was not installed properly in the clothing store on M. Huseyn Street and demanded 80 AZN for its cleaning and proper installation and received the same amount. When the owner tried to contact the person again, it turned out that the phone number provided by him did not work. After that, the owner of the facility appealed to Sabail District Sukanal Office of “Azersu” OJSC. The facts and documents on the case will be submitted to law enforcement agencies for investigation.

“Azersu” OJSC once again informs its subscribers to demand a card from “Azersu” OJSC employees, not to pay them in cash any case and to immediately inform the 955 Call Center and local water supply departments in case of illegal actions of employees. Subscribers are asked to pay for the use of drinking and waste water services, non-residential subscribers for technical conditions and installation of meters through the website azersu.az, e-su.az portal, banks, post offices, as well as payment terminals.
