A waste water project is being implemented on Atamoghlan Rzayev Street in Surakhani district

“Azersu” OJSC has launched a new project to improve the wastewater disposal services in Surakhani district of Baku. The infrastructure created on Atamoglan Rzayev Street, Amirjan settlement of the district, will ensure the management of wastewater in accordance with environmental requirements, as well as prevent flooding during rains.

To ensure the centralized collection and disposal of wastewater generated here, “Azersu” OJSC has developed a project and started construction of new infrastructure. According to the project, 1.3 km of waste water lines with pipes of different diameters are being built. Up to 1,000 addresses will be connected from the newly created network. At the same time, the new network will be connected to an existing collector with 500 mm diameter.

Implemented for the purpose of optimal wastewater management, this project is important in terms of improving the living conditions of the population, as well as ensuring environmental safety in the area.
