1102 specialists have been involved to training sessions and seminars

   “Azersu” OJSC continues to carry out measures on strengthening Capacity Building and increasing the level of professionalism of staff. Constantly Training and Education Center organizes trainings conducted by local and foreign experts in order to upgrade qualification, skills and expertise of the staff. The specialists of the Company are sent overseas for learning experiences of developed countries in water supply and sanitation sectors.

  Last year 1102 specialists of “Azersu” OJSC attended 54 training sessions relating to application of modern technology. 165 specialists of the Company participated in the trainings organized Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Turkey, Flippin. The specialists sent overseas participated in the trainings on designing, management of wastewater and procurement.

   In the frame of cooperation with Istanbul Water and Sewage Administration (ISKI) 160 young specialists sent to Turkey for getting acquainted with industry fields of Turkish Water Institute, Istanbul Water and Sewage Administration (ISKI) and other organizations. Last year chemist, biologist, ecologist, specialist in metrology, civil, hydraulic, hydro geologist and mechanical engineers of the Company participated in the trainings.  

    Note that in 2012 482 specialists were involved to the trainings and workshops.
