Loading of smart-cards at the MilliOn kiosks has been started

    Azersu OJSC continues reforms for improving the quality of the service rendered to consumers, increasing the level of payment for service for water supply and wastewater, accurate accounting of sold water, eliminating debt problems and preventing water-losses. With this purpose in 2012 pre-paid smart-card water meters were newly introduced and already installed at 160 000 connection points.

   If the last period smart cards could only be loaded at the relevant offices of Azersu OJSC, now the customers can load fund onto their smart-cards at MilliOn kiosks located at different points of city (metro station, bank, supermarket, community service organizations and government agencies, educational and health institutions, and other facilities). In accordance with the agreement signed between Azersu OJSC and Komtec LTD integration of Stock Company’s database has been completed.

   For loading fund onto smart card customers should select “Azersu” section on the screen of the MilliOn kiosk. After entering the card into the terminal the operations on the screen should be carried out in tern. The real time payment is carried out when the customer inserts cash into the cash acceptor. Then the customers enter the smart card into the water meters installed on their own apartments and increase the balance.

   Note that presently customers may load funds onto their smart card at MilliOn kiosks in Baku, Sumgayit, as well as Absheron district.

    It should be noted that in case of technical problems during the operation customers may apply to "0010 Hot line" service of Komtec LTD and "955 Call center" of Azersu JSC.
