Young specialists to send to Turkey for attending trainings

   “Azersu” OJSC continues Action Plan on strengthening Capacity Building and increasing the level of professionalism of staff. Constantly Training and Education Center organizes trainings conducted by local and foreign experts in order to upgrade qualification, skills and expertise of the staff. The employees of the Company are sent overseas for learning experiences of developed countries on water supply and sanitation sectors.

    As part of cooperation with TEKNO Construction Company of Turkey, 80 young specialists of the Company will participate in the trainings organized in Istanbul Sukanal Office of Turkey. On April 15 of this year the first group on construction and designing attended the training “Construction and designing of water treatment plants” in Istanbul.

   At the next phase the second group consisting of mechanical engineers and energy specialists are intended to be sent.

   These trainings also give great opportunities to the participants to become familiar with the industrial areas of Istanbul Sukanal Department and other organizations. At workshops organized by the highly qualified scientists and experts technological processes of production details are clearly explained and the participants are informed on the latest technologies.

   “Azersu” OJSC uses most recent technologies in reconstruction projects of drinking water supply and sanitation systems. In 2012 more 538 employees of the Company were involved in the trainings. 88 employees of them participated in trainings in Turkey, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and Singapore.
