Illegal activity of supervisor was revealed

    “Azersu” OJSC continues Action Plan on accurate accounting of water and eliminating the cases of illegal use of water. With this purpose special attention is paid to employees’ activity and remedial measures are taken to prevent the cases of abuses.

   The following fact related to the arbitrary actions of supervisor was revealed in Sabail district, Badamdar settlement of Baku city on the base of application addressed to “Azersu” OJSC by residents of  S. Ibrahimkhalilov street. As result of investigates carried out by “Azersu” OJSC illegal activity of controller of Sabail Sukanal Department Nasimi Zeynalov was revealed.

    During the investigations it was cleared that on May 14  2013 Nasimi Zeynalov reviewed water supply system of the house owned by Ludmila Mikhayilova in Sabail district Badamdar setllement S.Ibrahimkhalilov street. The controller has written a fine of 500 manats for alleged illegal use of water and warned that if the money is not paid in cash, water supply system of the apartment will be stopped. Zeynalov still took 250 manats from the consumer and demanded to pay the rest sum on May 15, without providing a payment receipt to the consumer.

   On May 15, when the controller came to the same address for the remaining 250 manats, he was met by colleagues.

   At present, the fact is being investigated by the relevant subdivisions of “Azersu” OJSC.

   “Azersu” OJSC draws attention of subscriber not to use drinking water illegally. For revealing such cases control measures will be continued and subscribers that use drinking water illegally will be fined and their water supply system will be suspended unconditional.
