"ASAN service" and "ASAN Kommunal" - addresses of our service centers

The scope of customer services in the field of drinking water supply and waste water discharge is expanding year by year. Representation of Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency "Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company in "ASAN service" and "ASAN Kommunal" centers facilitates customer services provided to consumers and ensures increased transparency in this area. In recent years, a significant increase has been observed in the number of requests made by citizens and subscribers to these centers. In January-September 2023, 127,402 applications related to services in the field of drinking and waste water were received by "ASAN service" and "ASAN Kommunal" centers. This is 15 percent more than the same period last year.

It should be noted that the provision of customer services of "Azersu" OJSC in "ASAN service" centers began in May 2014. Since 2017, "Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company is also represented in "ASAN Kommunal" centers. In total, from 2014 until now, all service centers have received more than 800,000 appeals from citizens on various issues.
