235 "Azersu" OJSC employees participated in the trainings

"Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company continues trainings to increase the level of professionalism of employees working in the drinking water supply and waste water sectors. Increasing the knowledge and skills of specialists in the operation of newly commissioned facilities and equipment with high professionalism within the framework of the projects implemented in the drinking and waste water sector are priority tasks.

In January-June 2022, 4 trainings on various topics were organized by "Azersu" OJSC. 235 employees of various branches and enterprises were involved in the trainings. Trainings were conducted in 2 directions, theoretical and practical. The trainees who acquired theoretical knowledge had the opportunity to get acquainted with work processes. The knowledge and experience gained during the training allows for timely, prompt and highly professional execution of work.

A Training and Innovation Center was established in the area of Hovsan Aeration Station to improve personnel training and increase the professionalism of employees in "Azersu" OJSC. Studies on mechanics, energy, automation and metrology, computer, geographic information system, SCADA, control and measuring devices operate in the center. A training ground was built here to increase practical knowledge of experts.
