A poetry evening held under the motto "Words have a delicacy like water, too"
On the occasion of Novruz holiday, March 22 World Water Resources Day and International Poetry Day, the International Mugham Center hosted a poetry evening under the motto "Words have a delicacy like water."
The importance of water was discussed at the event organized by “Azersu” OJSC and Azerbaijan Writers' Union.
Excerpts from the world-famous writers’ and poets’ works were performed during the poetry evening and compositions from European classical music were heard by young performers.
On behalf of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union, the “Azersu” OJSC was awarded the diploma "Friend of Poetry" at the event.
