To improve drinking water supply in Ganja city repair and restoration work has been carried out in horizontal water intake facility near Goygol using the capacities catchment installations with a productivity of 17000 m3 / day (197 liters / sec) and Gyzylgaya water source with a productivity of 7800 m3 / day (90 liters / sec) in the bed of Ganjachay and 28.5 km long transmission mains were built from the sources to the city.

In order to improve the drinking water supply of the city of Sheki, the Kish River has a suction plant with a productivity of 20,000 m3 / day (230 liters / sec) and a 10 km long transmission main has been built there.

In order to improve drinking water supply in Shamakhi, a horizontal water intake facility with productivity of 6000 m3 / day (70 liters / san) was built in Pirsaatchay, and a 12 km long main water pipeline was built there.

To improve the drinking water supply in Gusar city, a horizontal water intake facility with a capacity of 8800 m3 / day (102 liters / san) was built in Gusarchay, from which a 17.5 km long main water pipeline was built.

For the purpose of improving Gobustan’s drinking water supply, six sub-artesian wells were drilled on the left bank of the Pirsaatchay, to further improve the quality of water supplied to the population the anti- osmosis water treatment facilities with the capacity of 3800 m3 / day (44 l / s) based on new technology and 21 km long trunk water pipeline was built.

Horizontal water intake facility with a capacity of 10000 m3 / day (116 liters / sec) in Jeyrichay's bed and 15 km long trunk water pipeline was built to improve the drinking water supply of Shamkir city.

A catchment facility with a capacity of 6000 m3 / day (70 liters / sec) was built using the capacities of existing springs on the right bank of the city of Kumrukchay and a 21 km long main water pipeline was built there to improve drinking water supply in Gakh.

Catchment facility with a capacity of 7000 m3 / day (82 liters / sec) was built using the facilities of Sudlubulagh and a 15 km long main water pipeline were built there to improve drinking water supply in Gedebey city.

Catchment installations of 5600 m3 / day (65 liters / sec) were built using the facilities of Gurbulag and Garainak springs and a 20 km long main water pipeline was built there to improve the drinking water supply in Dashkasan.

To improve the drinking water supply of Khizi city, catchment facilities with capacity of 1300 m3 / day (15 liters / sec) were constructed using the capacities of Kars and Dahardibi and 8.4 km long main water pipelines were built there.

Repair and restoration work was carried out in the existing horizontal water intake facility at the Uchkun water source with a capacity of 17300 m3 / day (200 liters / sec) and a 4 km long main water pipeline was built there to improve the drinking water supply in Khachmaz.

In order to improve the drinking water supply of the provinces of Oghuz, the horizontal pumping station in the Galachay, catchment facility with capacity of 3500 m3 / day (40 liters / sec) using capacities of the available water sources at the Balashum water source and the catchment facility with the productivity of 900 m3 day were constructed, 80 km of water pipelines were constructed from the sources to the villages.
