The Online Public Oversight Platform announced the results of the second quarter

The Online Public Control Platform (www.enezaret.az) held a round-table discussion dedicated to the appeals received by enezaret.az within September-October-November, their implementation status and other issues. Mohammad Guluzadeh, Head of MG Consulting, a partner of the Project Empowering Civil Society Organizations for Transparency of US Agency for International Development, said that photo and video evidence of pipe leaks, non-transportation of household waste, road surface damage, falling trees, open hatches and other problems are directed to relevant government agencies and the solution of the problems are achieved. According to the results of the second quarter, about 70% of the appeals were resolved: “According to the results, 9 government agencies were found to be active in terms of reviewing citizens' appeals and were awarded prizes. These are “Azersu” OJSC, Baku City Executive Power, Baku Transport Agency, “Azerishig” OJSC, Main State Traffic Police Department, Yasamal District Executive Power, Azerbaijan State Agency of Motor Roads, “Azerigas” Production Union, Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The e-monitoring platform is part of the Project Empowering Civil Society Organizations for Transparency (ECSOFT), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented in partnership with the Open Government Platform.
