On the eve of Novruz holiday, martyrs' families and veterans were visited

”Azersu” OJSC continues to take measures to improve the social welfare of the employees belonging to vulnerable groups and provide them with care.

On the eve of Novruz holiday, employees of the Social Development Department of “Azersu” OJSC and the Republican Committee of Water Industry Employees’ Trade Union of Azerbaijan visited the families of employees who died in the Great Patriotic War II, heroically wounded in the battles, whose family members were wounded or died in the battles and as well as the families of employees who died of coronavirus disease and inquired about their concerns.

Three Azersu employees were martyred in the Great Patriotic War, and 20 employees were injured. At the same time, family members of 24 employees of the company were killed and 45 family members were injured. During the meeting with the families of the martyrs and the wounded, it was noted that our people are proud of the young people who heroically died and wounded, honorably fulfilling their duty to the motherland. It was noted that President Ilham Aliyev's attention and care for the martyr families and the wounded is an example for every Azerbaijani.

Employees of Azersu OJSC also visited the families of 26 employees who died of coronavirus (COVID-19).

As part of the humanitarian action, families were given holiday gifts.
